Our initial consultation at your convenience is free! We come to your home to evaluate the sale contents. We can help make your sale or liquidation as stress free and successful as possible with the utmost sensitivity, honesty and confidentiality.
Setup and Staging
We transform the home into a department store, by beautifully displaying/organizing items on tables we supply. We also ensure ease of traffic and safety throughout the home. We will cordone off any private areas.
Your items are priced according to current fair market liquidation value. We research to ensure the best possible prices for your possessions.
Supplies and Equipment
We supply all the equipment/personnel necessary to conduct sale setup – i.e., tables, clothes racks, book cases, jewelry cases, pricing labels etc. We supply bags and wrapping for easy customer carry out.
Estate Sale Signage
Brightly colored yellow signs direct traffic to your sale. We put signage inside your home to direct foot traffic. We remove all signs after sale and follow local ordinances.
We advertise and promote your sale to our mailing list, the top estate sale websites, craigslist and other market-related websites and special interest groups.
Your home is managed by our responsible staff. We are here to help you with the highest level of honesty, diligence and sensitivity.
Unsold items you do not wish to keep are donated to charity. Items not accepted by the charity are disposed of by our haul-away service. A full financial accounting, including a detailed report of every item sold is provided within 72 hours of sale end.
